As Creative Director at Amen Clinics, I was tasked with transforming and unifying the brand’s visual identity across its diverse healthcare, lifestyle, and media platforms. With no in-house creative structure in place, my role involved building a high-performing team and leading creative initiatives to elevate the brand’s presence both digitally and through media. From redesigning the website and patient portal to overseeing the creative direction of national PBS specials, I focused on creating a cohesive brand experience that connected with audiences and drove engagement across all touchpoints.
The Opportunity
Amen Clinics needed a comprehensive creative overhaul to unify their diverse brand expressions across multiple subsidiaries, including BrainFitLife, BrainMD, and Tana Amen’s lifestyle brand. With no in-house creative structure in place, the challenge was to establish a cohesive brand identity, streamline processes, and drive greater engagement through digital and media platforms, including a major website redesign and annual media productions.
The Creative Solution
I built and led a cross-functional in-house creative team, implementing a unified visual identity across all platforms. This included a full UX/UI redesign of the website and patient portal, which enhanced user experience and increased satisfaction. I introduced interactive e-commerce elements, optimized digital experiences, and developed creative for national PBS specials and Dr. Amen’s yearly broadcasts. The result was a stronger, more consistent brand presence that drove higher engagement and improved online conversion.
